Thursday night were the first games of the 2010 high school football year. SunStateFootball was at Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale to see Ely take on Stranahan. The Tiger's of Ely won 34-6 and here is a look at how some of the prospects fared.


2013 prospect Dorian ODaniel from Good Counsel High School (Olney, MD) was excellent in the season opener for his high school. The talented running back has made the most of his opportunities and the college coaches have noticed.


2013 prospect Kendall Fuller from Good Counsel High School (Olney, MD) is off to a great start for his high school career and with his recruiting process as well. The talented defensive back has received his first two offers.


2012 prospect Stefon Diggs of Good Counsel High School (Olney, MD) received his first offer before his sophomore season started. After his outstanding play in his team’s season opener coaches have been all over the highly regarded athlete.


Fountain Hills starts the year 2-0 with a 26-0 win over Estrella Foothills on the Cox 7 Thursday game of the week.
